hitpk Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "hitpk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the hitpk platform accessible at hitpk.bet, together with its affiliated entities, directors, officers, employees, and agents.
• "Platform" refers to the hitpk website at hitpk.bet, the hitpk mobile application for Android, and any related services, APIs, and sub-domains operated by hitpk.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who registers an account on the hitpk Platform or who uses any service made available through the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player on the hitpk Platform, through which the Player accesses games, places bets, and manages funds.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their hitpk Account using eligible payment methods, excluding any bonus or promotional credits.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits, free spins, or other incentives awarded by hitpk to a Player, subject to wagering requirements and additional conditions.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity document submission and payment method verification, required before withdrawal processing.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a bonus amount must be bet on eligible games before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• "Self-Exclusion" refers to a voluntary restriction placed on a Player's Account that prevents them from accessing the Platform for a specified or indefinite period.

By accessing the hitpk Platform, clicking any "Register" or "Create Account" button, or by depositing funds and placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hitpk Platform.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the hitpk Platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and any other product or service made available through the Platform. They are to be read alongside the hitpk Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms communicated at the time of a promotion.

hitpk reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. hitpk will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players of material changes through on-platform notifications or email where contact details are available.

The hitpk Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. hitpk does not permit any individual under the age of 21 to register an account or participate in any real-money gaming activity on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual and not on behalf of any commercial entity for professional gambling purposes unless expressly permitted in writing by hitpk.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on the hitpk Platform or any other platform with which hitpk has a self-exclusion sharing agreement.
• You have not previously had a hitpk account that was closed by hitpk for a breach of these Terms, fraud, or any other prohibited conduct.
• You are legally permitted to access online gaming services under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.

hitpk reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage — not only at the point of withdrawal. A Player's Account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome of an age verification check. Documents commonly accepted include a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving license issued by the relevant Pakistani authority.

To participate in any real-money activity on the hitpk Platform, you must first register an Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate and complete information, including a valid Pakistani mobile number, a chosen password, and any additional information requested during the registration flow.

You agree to the following obligations in connection with your Account registration:

• All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date. You must promptly notify hitpk if any of your registered details change.
• You may only register one Account per person. Operating multiple Accounts — whether from the same device, the same household, or via shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You may not register an Account on behalf of another person, or allow another person to use your Account. All betting activity on your Account is your personal responsibility.
• Corporate accounts, automated accounts, or accounts operated by bots or scripts are not permitted.

Account registration on hitpk is completed via the hitpk Login page. Once registered, Players receive a unique Player ID and may access all Platform features through a single login credential. hitpk recommends using a strong password combining letters, numbers, and symbols, and enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hitpk Account login credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes issued to your device. hitpk will never request your password by telephone, email, or live chat — any communication purporting to be from hitpk that solicits your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to hitpk support immediately.

In the event of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify hitpk support without delay via the live chat function available on the Platform. hitpk will take reasonable steps to secure your Account pending investigation of any reported breach.

• Do not share your hitpk login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Do not access your hitpk Account from shared or public devices without logging out fully after each session.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication for an additional layer of Account protection.
• If you suspect your registered mobile number has been compromised, contact hitpk support to update your credentials immediately.

hitpk shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Where hitpk determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a breach of Account security has occurred, it reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Account pending identity verification, even if this causes a temporary restriction on access to funds or gameplay.

hitpk accepts deposits through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your deposit, which currently include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash. hitpk reserves the right to add, remove, or modify available payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the hitpk Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method used and the Player's Account verification status.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be reversed and may trigger a KYC investigation.
• hitpk does not charge fees on deposits made through Pakistani mobile wallet methods including JazzCash and EasyPaisa; however, your mobile network operator or bank may apply its own transaction charges.
• All deposits are credited in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated. Crypto deposits in USDT TRC20 are converted to PKR at the prevailing rate displayed on the Platform at the time of deposit confirmation.
• hitpk accepts only funds from legally obtained sources. Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity is a serious breach of these Terms and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and verification requirements. hitpk processes withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible, subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds.

The following rules govern all withdrawal requests on the hitpk Platform:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the hitpk Account. hitpk will not send funds to third-party accounts.
• Before processing a Player's first withdrawal — and periodically thereafter — hitpk may require KYC verification. This includes submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (CNIC, passport, or driving license) and proof of the payment method used for deposits.
• hitpk reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC checks. This is done to protect the Player and to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Bonus Balance and any winnings generated exclusively from Bonus Balance are subject to the Wagering Requirement stated in the applicable promotion. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, such funds are not available for withdrawal.
• hitpk reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.

hitpk offers a range of promotions to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback credits, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer in addition to these general bonus rules.

• Each Player is entitled to claim any given promotion only once unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a recurring offer. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus more than once — including through additional accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Player's Bonus Balance. Real Money Balance is used first when placing bets unless the Player explicitly selects the Bonus Balance for a wager.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unwagered at the expiry of the validity window will be forfeited automatically.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate toward Wagering Requirements, or may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list and contribution rates are stated in the specific promotion terms.
• hitpk reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without notice. This includes cancelling a Player's eligibility for a promotion if hitpk reasonably suspects promotional abuse.
• Promotional bonuses cannot be transferred between Accounts, sold, or exchanged for cash directly without first satisfying the applicable Wagering Requirement.

All betting and gaming activity on the hitpk Platform is governed by the specific game rules and sports betting rules published within each product section. The following general rules apply across all products on the Platform:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the hitpk system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.
• hitpk reserves the right to void, cancel, or amend bets where a technical error, obvious pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in an incorrect market being offered. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance.
• Sports betting results are determined by the official result as recognised by the governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket, this is the result as declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), or relevant franchise cricket authority.
• hitpk live casino games are operated in accordance with the rules of each individual game studio. hitpk accepts no liability for any connectivity issues that cause a disruption to a live dealer session, provided that the disruption was not within hitpk's direct technical control.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generators. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot title is made available within the game information section. hitpk does not manipulate RTP settings below the certified minimum for any title.
• Maximum bet and maximum winnings limits apply to all products and are communicated within the relevant game section. Bets placed above the stated maximum — where technically possible — will be settled at the stated maximum rather than the placed amount.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hitpk Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, potential Account closure, and forfeiture of balance where hitpk has suffered loss as a result of the prohibited conduct:

• Registering more than one Account, or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
• Using automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or scripting software to interact with the Platform in any way, including for placing bets, navigating the interface, or exploiting promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly live table games such as poker, baccarat, or Teen Patti.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical glitches for financial gain. Players who discover a technical error are required to stop play and report it to hitpk support immediately.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Making chargebacks or payment reversals on deposits without first raising the matter with hitpk support. Chargebacks initiated without prior notice to hitpk are treated as fraud and will result in immediate Account suspension and a debt recovery process for any funds already withdrawn.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose, including operating as a re-seller of hitpk betting services, unless expressly authorised in writing by hitpk.

All content available on the hitpk Platform — including but not limited to the hitpk brand name and logo, website design, software, graphics, text, game content, and data — is the intellectual property of hitpk or its licensed content providers. Nothing in your use of the Platform grants you any ownership rights or licence to use hitpk's intellectual property for any purpose beyond personal, non-commercial access to the Platform.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any content available on the hitpk Platform without prior written consent from hitpk. This includes the unauthorised use of hitpk's branding, screenshots, or game content on third-party websites, social media channels, or marketing materials.

Third-party game content available on the Platform, including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, PG Soft, and other providers, and live dealer content from Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi, remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms. hitpk operates these games under licence and does not claim ownership of the underlying game content.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hitpk's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account during the three-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

hitpk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if hitpk has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond hitpk's reasonable control including internet service outages, power failures, or natural disasters.
• Any losses arising from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials as required by these Terms.
• Any losses arising from the Player's reliance on information, statistics, or results data displayed on the Platform that is sourced from third-party data providers and subsequently found to contain errors.

hitpk is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The hitpk Platform incorporates a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every registered Player's Account dashboard at any time. These tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately when set and cannot be increased without a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum permitted loss amount over a defined period. When the loss limit is reached, further real-money gameplay is suspended until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure alerts and automatic session termination after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary Account restriction for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may permanently or semi-permanently exclude themselves from the Platform. Self-exclusions take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the chosen exclusion window.

hitpk staff are trained to identify indicators of problem gambling behaviour and are authorised to proactively contact Players or restrict Accounts where welfare concerns are identified. The hitpk Platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling carries financial risk — never wager more than you are prepared to lose, and always treat gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income.

hitpk reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions by the Player.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of prohibited automated tools.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from hitpk.
• A Player's self-exclusion request taking effect.
• hitpk's decision to cease operations in a particular market or to withdraw certain products from the Platform.
• Regulatory or licensing authority direction.

Where a Player Account is suspended pending investigation, hitpk will hold any balance within the Account in trust and will release verified funds once the investigation is concluded in the Player's favour. Where the investigation confirms a breach, hitpk may retain the balance to offset losses, costs, or damages caused by the Player's conduct.

A Player who disagrees with a suspension or termination decision may raise a formal complaint through the hitpk support channel. hitpk will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.

hitpk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they meaningfully affect Player rights or obligations — hitpk will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice through one or more of the following channels: on-Platform notification banners, email communication to registered Players, or a notice on the hitpk homepage.

The effective date of any revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the Terms & Conditions page. Your continued use of the hitpk Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request withdrawal of your Real Money Balance prior to the effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which hitpk holds its international gaming licence. The specific governing jurisdiction is identified in the hitpk gaming licence documentation available upon written request to hitpk support.

In the event of any dispute arising between a Player and hitpk in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Players are encouraged to first contact hitpk support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. hitpk will attempt to resolve all disputes informally at this stage.
2. Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the Player may escalate the matter as a formal complaint. hitpk will respond within 14 calendar days with a substantive determination.
3. Regulatory Escalation: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism. Details of the applicable authority are available on the hitpk Platform.

Both hitpk and the Player agree to engage in the above process in good faith before initiating any formal legal proceedings. The English language shall govern all dispute correspondence and proceedings.
